how to unblock account

unable to sign in to Xfinity account - result is either Confirm email or Confirm phone number or both and this never ends. Alternatively, receive message "Blocked by Policy".

I did recently try a VPN app but I thought that I disconnected it.

user_39i2y3. Have you checked to make sure the VPN connection is offline? I also recommend clearing the cache and cookies. Can you try that and let me know if that helps?
