How do I remove an old address?

I moved last year and transferred service to my new location, but when I log into Xfinity.com it says that I have two locations and it appears that each has a different account number. Not sure why my account number would have changed when I moved. How do I get rid of the old location? When I call Xfinity I can't talk to anyone and the automated assistant thinks I'm trying to move again.  Help!

Sometimes customers need to manage both accounts during the move, but I can see now that you are settled not wanting to keep the old account. Here are the instructions for removing the old account. Please let me know if you run into any issues.

Thank you for the response, but when I try to unlink the old address I get an error. Trying again gives me the same error.

user_h5jess You are most welcome! Thank you for the screenshot. I'm sorry to hear you are running into some issues. Have you tried to delete your cache and cookies, log out, and then log back in? Can you please give that a try and let me know if you are still running into the error?
