user_6gph53 Here is a link https://www.xfinity.com/email that should help you login. It will also show how to transition over to Yahoo as well if you haven't done that already.

  • How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail? or through a device like your phone, or iPad, etc.
  • Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
  • Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? you'll need to login here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
  • (If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.)
