How do I get included Netflix and Apple TV?

I recently switched internet/tv packages with xfinity. I was told this new package includes access to peacock/netflix/Apple TV.

i already have the peacock account setup (from before). How do I set up the apple TV and Netflix accounts through xfinity?

Ok, I am not seeing ANYWHERE to activate Netflix and Apple TV. I see an area for peacock tv, but I was already subscribed to that anyway.

is there a way I can direct message with a customer service rep so i can then give specific account info. I have done this before so hoping it can be done for this as well
