How do I change my credit card number on file with a new credit card number?

The credit card number you have on file is no longer valid.  It was comprimized and I have a new one.  I need to change this so I can pay my overdue payment.

Hey there, user_hwoesw! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I completely understand updating your payment method when it is no longer valid is one of the things that is the most difficult with everything on automatic payments. You can go here with steps on how to manage your payments methods that will allow you to update the old card to the new one. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns, we are happy to help!

user_pma9x7, I am happy to see that my awesome colleague @XfinityAdrienne was able to help with that useful article on how to update your card information. While we have you, would you like us to do an account review to ensure all of your services are working for your needs?
