How can I stop the secondary user hack

Question

Today I saw a secondary user on my account that I didn’t recognize.  Was not able to reach Xfinity support through the number Xfinity gave me. I did remove that secondary account.  But I can’t figure out how this entity added themselves to my account nor how can I lock my account so this won’t happen again.

user_35g2ga Thanks for reaching out! Normally, only the Xfinity Primary user can add additional users to the account. I would recommend changing your password for your primary Xfinity user account.
