How can I access Peacock on a computer

Peacock comes with my account and I can watch it from my TV but I'd like to be able to watch a show on Peacock using my Windows computer. Whenever I go to Peacock and sign in, it wants me to pick a plan and pay. I already have a plan so how can I get past this page?

Hello sheryltoo66 when using Peacock online, you will need to sign in first with your Xfinity ID/password. There should be a "Sign in" tab in the upper right - can you use that?

I can use that but it brings me to a page where it wants me to pick a plan and pay for that plan.

If I click sign in and use my email address, it takes me to a page where it wants me to pick a plan so I don't think it's signing me into Peacock.

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address.

To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
