Hmm, the page didn't load correctly
Last night I set up an appointment to have my internet installed in my new apartment but today when I decided to check my account because I didn't receive an email confirming my appointment I kept getting a page that says Hmm, the page didn't load correctly.
Some help would be appreciated

I am having the exact same problem. I can login to my account, but get the 'Hmm, the page didn't load correctly' error every time. I believe my install is today, but I don't have any confirmation.
