Hmm, the page didn't load correctly

I recently purchased a new internet plan on 12/29 and created my Xfinity account. However, when I log into my account on the website, I get a "hmm, the page didn't load correctly" with an option to refresh the page, which does nothing. I would like to have this resolved as soon as possible as I move into a new place on 1/7 and need the internet set up as fast as possible.

same  exact issue. signed up today to try and get internet service. Created an account and any link I click to check plan, view billing or status I get

We have not heard back from the original poster since troubleshooting and all outstanding known issues have since been resolved. Please create a new thread in the appropriate topic detailing your concern and include all troubleshooting steps you've taken so far.

 

For website issues, we recommend trying different browsers as well as clearing cache and cookies as needed. Confirm if the issue is present on all devices, or just a select few.
