Hmm, the page didn't load correctly Issue

Hi, I just signed up today and put an order for a wifi plan. I have not been able to get into any account settings or anything as the following message "Hmm, the page didn't load correctly Issue" pops up. I want to make sure that my order is confirmed and on its way to the right location. I have received an email to verify my email and that has been done but I cannot do anything else. Not sure if its something I did or if it is on Xfinity's end.

With that said, I would be happy to look at your order to make sure everything looks right. Could you please send us a direct message with your full name and password?
