Help with primary account holder

To join the awesome xfinity reward program https://www.xfinity.com/rewards eligibility is as follows:

 

• Primary users only (non-secondary)
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have at least one of the following Xfinity services:
• • TV
  • Voice
  • Internet
  • • Includes Internet Essentials customers.
  • Home
  • Xfinity Mobile only
  • • The customer must have had core services at time of enrollment.
  • Xfinity ID created for logging into their account.
  •  

Ineligible Accounts

• Commercial/Business
• Bulk
• • Note: Customers who only receive their Xfinity services through bulk or similar accounts, agreements or arrangements through which services are paid by a third party are not eligible to participate in the Xfinity Rewards Program.
  • • Customers can only be eligible if they have established individually billed accounts by adding either TV, Internet, Voice or Home and are purchasing required service(s) under that account.
    • Service upgrades like adding additional TV packages or internet speeds don’t qualify.
  • Prepaid
  • On Campus
  • Xfinity Promoter Experience (XPE) – formerly Courtesy Services

 

 

 

​I tried to sign up for xfinity rewards but it says I’m not the account but I am. ...

Double check your UserIDs on your home system with the Lookup tool at https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup. After you enter the requested information you'll see a list of the UserIDs on your account and an indication of which one is Primary. Is the ID you are using Primary?
