Help with NOW account

I have been trying for over an hour to sign into my account and get any kind of customer support. I am managing my accounts and change plans to NOW for my  mother. I have been given the runaround with xfinity assistant. the site will not let me log in and yet i cannot get support without logging in.

Did you ever get this resolved? I had a similar problem trying to pay my bill when I went from Xfinity to NOW. I tried everything from the assistant (mostly useless), a chat with a rep, and finally a phone call to customer service, and we never resolved the issue. So I ended my service with Comcast.

Hey there, crt24. Thank you for your feedback and for joining the Xfinity forums community. NOW is a prepaid service that requires enrollment in automatic payments at the time of purchase. Your subscription to NOW will renew at the end of your prepaid service period unless you temporarily pause your service or cancel your plan. You can temporarily pause your service or cancel any time online by turning off autopay in your NOW Portal. To do so, simply select Turn off autopay. You will not receive a refund, but will continue to have service until the end of your prepaid service period.
