Help me remove a user from household. The user removal function doesn't work.

I'm the Primary account holder. I followed all the steps in the Xfinity help guide for removing a user, using both the app and the website. However, on the final screen error message appears. "XXXX (username) has an upcoming payment scheduled. Before changing or removing their role on the account, you'll need to remove the scheduled payment." I already paid next month's bill early and the balance is $0.00. I refreshed Xfinity app's data. I still see this message. I need Support to contact me and remove the user for me.

Good evening user_4y54t7, and thanks for stopping by our community to share the issue you're running into in managing the users on your account. We're here to help! By chance do you have automatic payments setup for your account?

If so, this could be what is causing that error message about upcoming scheduled payments you mentioned as having that function enabled essentially has a payment always perpetually scheduled for you.

If you're using the app could you try going to the webpage?

Awesome, I’m glad it worked and you were able to remove the other user from your account. One great thing about this public platform is that other users may see your post when they log in, and the information you shared about what resolved the issue could help them with a similar problem.

Did you have any other questions or concerns?
