Have not actively used Xfinity in 3+ years- please remove me as primary user from account and remove my contact information
3 years ago, I had a shared Xfinity account with a roommate where I was previously the primary user. I have since moved out, and my bank account is not attached to this account. I'm still getting calls and emails about this account- specifically about returning equipment. In fact- I have gotten 5+ calls over the past two weeks from random phone numbers claiming to be Xfinity telling me to return equipment. I would like written confirmation that my information has been removed.
As I have not used Xfinity in three years and am not in contact with this roommate for personal reasons, i would like my cell and email removed from this account. I've tried calling Xfinity and using the Chat Bot but had no success.
Could someone please assist ASAP? Thanks for your support.

Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
