Have 2 accounts, cant access my 2nd account

I have 2 accounts, I cant access my second account. When I log in it always defaults to one account and when I try to switch it comes back to the same account. Also am unable to get to a live person to explain the problem. Very frustrated

Yes they are linked and cs agent sees the I am owner on both, just still not able to switch and see other account
