user_08a44g New rewards are posted regularly in the Xfinity Rewards portal, with more rewards for customers who’ve been with us the longest. I can only advise to check periodically. Here is a link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-rewards-faq going over any FAQ's.

@XfinityShawn​ Now when I head to https://www.xfinity.com/rewards it says:

We can't offer you rewards right now
Your account isn't eligible to join this program. To learn more about Xfinity Rewards qualification, please refer to our FAQs.

Why am I not eligible for Xfinity Rewards? I am the primary account holder and my account is in good standing.

user_08a44g, I would be happy to take a look at your account to see why you are not able to be a rewards member. 

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
