Had Peacock Premium but Now “Subscribe to Watch”
Peacock Premium is no longer active, but it should be as I’m a Diamond customer. In fact, Xfinity shows I have an account but +two hours with four support reps did nothing. I even refreshed apps and cleared data through Xumo but that didn’t work either. Is there anyone at Xfinity capable of fixing this issue? How is it so difficult?

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_efcxp3, there is a known issue causing some Comcast billed services such as Apple TV, Netflix, Peacock, etc. to have subscription related errors on Xumo. Our engineers are aware of this issue and hope to have it resolved soon.
