Had Peacock Premium but Now “Subscribe to Watch”

Peacock Premium is no longer active, but it should be as I’m a Diamond customer. In fact, Xfinity shows I have an account but +two hours with four support reps did nothing. I even refreshed apps and cleared data through Xumo but that didn’t work either. Is there anyone at Xfinity capable of fixing this issue? How is it so difficult?

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_efcxp3, there is a known issue causing some Comcast billed services such as Apple TV, Netflix, Peacock, etc. to have subscription related errors on Xumo. Our engineers are aware of this issue and hope to have it resolved soon.

Wow, well I hope that is true. I’m sure you can understand my skepticism. If this is the case, someone in leadership may want to advise customer service and tech support. 
What is the ETA for the “soon” resolution please?

Our technical support teams are advised to follow regular troubleshooting guidelines and then open a ticket if the issue is unresolved. If multiple tickets are created for the same issue our engineers investigate the tickets to identify similarities. From there, they will open a parent ticket that links all the other tickets to the issue. The parent ticket for this issue was created by our engineers earlier today. I personally enjoy checking what new movies are available on Peacock and know how important it is to get access again @user_efcxp3! There is not an ETA, however, our engineers are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible. 

 

We will continue to monitor this issue for updates on our end too.

I’m in the same boat.  It’s been almost a week talking to multiple support people and still nothing.  Getting frustrated not being able to watch the shows I was always able to watch before.

@XfinityAldrik​ there are channels missing with NOW TV now too (such as Food Network). Is this the same issue?
