Hacked account
Someone has hacked my account I’ve had since a kid and made it to where I am only able to be a “viewer” and can’t see anything g and it says my account is past due when I have never had an internet or cable account. I need help seeing who is the main user on my account as it should be me.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
