Just turned on my TV and I get a blue screen that says Google cast and has device information as well as the QR code I am not able to do anything with it I don't know why I'm getting this we've not used casting before

Hello @user_qeoi8j it sounds like your TV is just in casting mode. Are you able to hit the home button on your remote?
