Getting stuck on a constant loop when trying to access Xfinity email

Every time I click 'Check Email' it always reroutes me to a default page and never goes to the email. I've tried other suggestions on forums that I've seen such as clearing browser cache/using incognito mode, but they all produce the same result. Not sure how to get this fixed.

alexd2299 - Clearing cache and cookies, and trying different browsers are great troubleshooting steps to try. How are you accessing your Xfinity email?
