Getting Error Message AFTER I Login Successfully

Good morning! I am a new account holder and was asked to "give it time" to reset. That was in August. I have waited for several weeks now, but I am getting the same error. I can log in just fine, but I get an error message when doing anything else. It tells me to refresh or try again later. Which I have done, but after 4-plus weeks, I would assume that it would be okay at this point. I searched through the forum, but couldn't really find this issue. Again, my account lets me log in. The app lets me log in. It just gives me an error message every time I try to go beyond that. I am afraid to "reset" my account login/password as I don't want to be locked out completely, and I haven't been able to go further. My account manager, who set up my account, had issues, and we had to set my account up "the old-fashioned way, " but it's never worked properly. His advice was to wait as did others. But now I would like it fixed if possible.

Thank you, Scott

...and yes...I have tried the AI Chat Bot - but it won't let me get very far, my issue is too complicated for it.

Our team can dive into the account and check out what is going on with your Xfinity ID as your situation seems a bit unique. If you could please send me a DM with your last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

The team was able to fix this issue for me on the backend. It was a Level Two support issue for sure. But it is totally working for me now. Thank you for fixing it.
