Get Proof of Service


I just added my spouse to my internet bill and I would like to know if anyone knows how I can get proof that we both are on the bill. The next statement is next month and that's too late to get proof.

I'd be glad to check and get your spouse's name added to the billing information so it prints on the bill. Please send us a direct message, using the following instructions:

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon:

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
