Gateway Admin tool

I don't have the sticker with the username and password for gateway admin tool (10.0.0.1)

I tried admin/admin, admin/password, admin/1234 and they don't work.

user_w5g2a4 Generally, the default username is admin, and default password is password all lowercase. If the password has been changed you will need to perform a factory reset to restore the default settings. If that doesn't work, I would recommend swapping the Xfinity Gateway with a different one in case the default password is something different for you model.
