Fix phone number

I started my new service April 2020!at <EDIT: Removed personal information> and could not use my phone number because I used to have service at <EDIT: Removed Personal information> in 2019 I returned the equipment and paid my final bill.

I have called several times but haven’t been able to fix the problem
