Everytime I log in, it says "Sorry, A Communication error has occurred"
I've been using Comcast for a while, almost a year.
However, every time I log in and try to see my account info or pay the bill, it says "Sorry, A Communication error has occurred" and does nothing else. I've reset my password multiple times but it doesn't work. I called the service center a few times but they couldn't fix it either. I couldn't change my autopay account due to this condition and had to close an account. I hope you know how to fix this.
