Every time I sign in, it says "Hmm, the page didn't load correctly" as a new customer
I have looked at the many forum posts on this issue and nothing has helped me. Some posts by mods have a link but the links do not work. I try the links but when I try to create my ID and enter a number, it says that the “information does not match our records.” I need assistance by a person working at xfinity. I purchased a plan but I got no confirmation email and I do not even know when it is coming.
