Even after the patch, I am getting the "You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details" Message
When I try to log in to my xfinity account, I get the message "You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details". I see many people have had this problem in the past, however whatever patch was supposed to fix it doesn't seem to have fixed it for me. I need to access my account to set up the router, and I need wifi for my work and school. Thank you!
