Escalation: Platinum Reward Peacock Activation Error PPG_0017_7a9c616

I am a Platinum member. I am receiving error PPG_0017_7a9c616 when trying to activate my Peacock 'On Us' reward. I have already visited the retail store with no resolution. I am requesting an **Account Entitlement Sync** to reset the Peacock flag on my Xfinity ID.
