Error with Change of Ownership

Hi All, 

I completed a change of ownership in store in Boston last monday and it appears the in store agent did not do this properly. 

It appears all she did was edit my name to that of my roommate. My email, bank account, phone number etc are still on the account. 

I urgently need to get this resolved as I am leaving the country. I would also like to make a complaint against the agent. There is no email, phone number etc I can find to do this. The agent on the phone said there is no way to complain, except the Virtual Assistant. The VA is sending me in circles. 

Would appreciate any help.

Hello, @user_yngagm. I'm sorry to hear the transfer of responsibility wasn't completed. You're definitely in the right place to get submit your feedback and look into this completing the change of ownership request before you leave the country.
