user_zmy597,

Thank you for reaching out and taking a moment to create a new post. I understand you are attempting to update your autopay information online, and I appreciate all your efforts. Along the way, I see you keep running into the error message " Sorry, this isn’t working right now. Please return to My Account Overview while we resolve the issue" each time you try. I'm sure that has been both frustrating and confusing.

We always want to make updating your information in the Xfinity App as easy as possible, and I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. That said, I'll do everything I can to help.

I would like to ask some questions to help narrow this down.

1) To confirm, have you updated your Xfinity App recently? If not, please visit your Apple Store or Google Play store and check for any updates.
2) If you are visiting the website directly, have you tried using different browsers to see if it allows you access?
3) As a test, can you try again using a "private" or "incognito" tab? This helped customers get access when hiccups popped up.
4) Can you confirm if you are listed as the Primary User or Manager on the account?

Please keep me updated. I appreciate all your time and assistance.

user_zmy597, awesome! That is great to hear you. I wanted to ask for others who may find this post can know. Did you try any of the steps above, or are you able to access it via the browser like normal?
