Error signing into account.

Hi, I have been trying to access my xfinity account in order to use hotspots after I was approved by Internet Essentials. Every time I do though, I keep getting error pages and asked to try again any time I try to manage my account in the slightest or even log in on the app. I'm not sure whats going on, but no matter where I log in it's the same problem.

I have the same problem. I’ve changed my password several times to try and get into my account. I keep getting codes on my phone but most time it doesn’t help.o

Greetings, @user_ebda5a! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your login, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

Your username and password for Xfinity WiFi, as well as your 'My Account' page, should be the same as your username and password for this forum. Can you tell me what kind of error message you are seeing when you try to log in?
