Error PPG_0017 Peacock link stuck on old account

Hi, my husband recently closed his old Xfinity account, and I opened up a brand-new account under my name.  I get free Peacock with my service.  Now, I am permanently stuck in an activation loop trying to link my existing Peacock account, getting error code PPG_0017_26680e3. Can a specialist please open a backend ticket to do an Account Entitlement Reset/Refresh to unlink the old profile?  Thank you!
