Error message when trying to log into my account

Every time I log into my account an error message pops up saying I can’t access my account details

Hello thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us on our Xfinity Community Forum. I'm very sorry to hear about the trouble viewing your account details once you log into the Xfinity My Account. This may happen if you are logging in with a non-primary username. Have you checked to ensure that you are logging in with the primary username on the account? This will give you access to the account's bills and to make changes on the account, etc.

Same issue here and no at the store or customer service or online support seems to know how to fix the issue. They say I don't have a User ID, but they sure do have something in there system to make sure they get my payment monthly.  This is not a basic issue, so please don't post those basic text book responses.

I know how important it is to be able to log in, and access your account features. I would like to do some troubleshooting with you to see how we can help get this fixed. Because you were told you don't have a Xfinity ID, I wanted to ask if you can try to locate the correct, primary ID you should be using on your account. You can find Xfinity ID here. Please let me know if you have any luck, and we can proceed from there.
