Endless Loop

I am moving to my first house and decided to go with Xfinity. I had to go through a bunch of obstacles because I am using my student discount for Internet services. I was able to go through the process while being guided with an agent via live chat while I checked out throughout the plan selection process. I previously had my number tied to an account but I was able to link it after I typed it in. After completing the process and choosing to have my welcome kit sent on July 1st, I received a confirmation and order number. However, everytime I try to log in it just brings me back to the page i started from. I am able to input credentials and it seems like it goes through the process, but I am unable to access anything. Is this because the equipment is not yet dispatched or another issues. I have seen countless threads of others having the same issue. I see them all end with needing to private message but I do not have that option available at the top right corner. I am just trying to confirm the welcome kit is scheduled correctly and the billing information gets checked before I start getting charged, but I can't get into the account. I have seen a link that tries to use your phone number, but when I input it and verify, it states "This Information doesn't match our records."
