I can't sign in to my Email account and when i try to reset my password it sends the reset code to an email that's not mine

@user_34fw002 Good morning! We appreciate you reaching out for assistance with signing in to your email. I'm happy to help you get this sorted out. Are you able to sign in to your Xfinity App? If you are able to sign in to your Xfinity Account, you can then see what email address and mobile number we have on file.
