Thanks for taking time to reach out on our Xfinity Community Forums page, @user_lpobs8. Beginning January 2025, inactive Xfinity Email (comcast.net email) accounts will be closed after a 90-day window of notifications. Here is some more info on our Xfinity Email activity policy. Once an email is closed it cannot be recovered. Please let me know if you have further questions.
