Email recovery
I have lost access to a comcast.net email from an old account and when I go to do a password reset it shows I need to call. When I call it is all just automated and takes me right back to the link showing I need to call and get a password reset code. How do I resolve this? I tried the live chat and it says I have to sign in to chat which I can't do obviously.

Have you signed in to your email at all in the last nine months? If you have not your email could have been deactivated. If you have you may need to reach out to our CSA department for assistance.
