I'm curious why you get breached and then lock me out of an email account I've had for about 15 years and when I call to get assistance I'm told I need to drive to the store for help. How about no, you'll help like every other paying customer. The email isn't attached to my internet account so my phone # isn't on my email acct. But in your infinite wisdom, you provided one single solitary way to get access back to my email. First of all, there was patch for the exploit weeks ago, becaue you were too lazy or incompetent to apply the patch, you're gonna make your problem my problem? No, probably not. Cuz if I drive to the store I'm taking my equipment with and singing up for the new fiber optic they just ran down my street. So I expect to hear back from someone very soon.

Thank you for making us part of your home for 15+ years, hopefully, here's to another 15+. You mentioned the email address in questions isn't tied to your internet account. Is your email connected to an active account?
