Email Inaccessible. Redirects to Homepage.
I have an old email on this account that I need to access from time to time but at the minute it seems inaccessible. When I click on the email option, it simply redirects to the homepage, with the URL being this. https://my.xfinity.com/?cid=cust This problem persists across browsers and devices and an attempt to access my email with Mozilla Thunderbird proved unsuccessful. Signing in on my newer account's email, which my service is currently on proved successful so it seems to be something about this older account specifically. I still need access to this old email. What can I do?

The redirect that you are getting is so you can login to the account to access your email. You would need to enter the username and password for the account you are trying to access.
To keep each email account active you want to make sure that you login to your email account at least once every 12 months. To access your email directly you can go to Xfinity Connect Website.
