email account disappeared after user was removed from account

23 years ago when we were setting up our Comcast account, my mother had to make an email with Comcast for everything. Fast forward 13 years her and my dad separate, she moves out, gets her own Xfinity account at her new house, had to create a new comcast email for her new account, but is still using her old comcast.net account for everything else in her life. (because why change a perfectly working email?) now, 10 years later, her name and email address is still showing up as a user on our account. so I go in and remove her name (because she’s been gone 10 years and shouldn’t have any connection to the account) and apparently completely deleted her email account off the face of the earth. she no longer can use the email that she has with Comcast. Is there a way to reactivate this? i’ll add her back to my account if that’ll solve it.

Good afternoon @user_0cpbfh, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums with your email recovery concerns. The good news is, you may reactivate your deleted Xfinity Email account by logging in to the Xfinity Email website. I do want to make you aware though that all previously deleted contents are not recoverable, unfortunately. I hope this information helps!
