Email access after cancelation
We may be moving to an area outside of Xfiniy Service and have a question about accessing email if we have to cancel. I have read the website that says that as long as you access the email atleast once every month it will stay after. My question is do we have to have the primary service email active to keep the secondary (Manager) emails active?
We do not use the primary email on the account for anything, just the 2 Manager accounts.

Hello @user_jcljnt this is a great question! If you want to keep all emails active and working everyone will need to log in to their emails at least once every nine months. As long as everyone logs in on a web browser once every nine months then your emails will remain working.
