ECM ticket reset request - peacock premium

I’m getting a 400 Bad Request on the Peacock activation page. Clearing cookies and trying multiple browsers didn’t help. Please perform an entitlement reset / ECM ticket for Peacock.

Thanks for posting on our community forums, Gnomishninja. I’m sorry you’re running into that error. That’s definitely frustrating, especially after already trying multiple browsers and clearing cookies. Did you try incognito mode as well? Or using a different device to see if that makes a difference? If that did not help, I can definitely take a closer look. Before I jump to submitting an ECM ticket, I’d like to review the account to confirm that everything is provisioned correctly and rule out anything else that might be causing it. Let’s move this to a private message so I can securely access your account and check your Peacock subscription and entitlements. From there, if needed, I can absolutely get a ticket submitted to have this corrected. Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and service address? Our team can take a further look at this issue.
