E gift card never received it

I never received my e gift card email  I think the chat guy told me June 23rd 2026 can you re issue a new one  he told  me to check both emails but that was tonight and that date was 60 days ago

If so, it requires 90 days of active service before the card gets issues should the conditions be met of good payment history, and service remains on.
