Don't see movie tickets

I got an email saying that I can get free movie tickets to Jurassic World but don't see it in my rewards to choose. Please add the reward so I can receive the free tickets. Thanks.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
