Does anyone have experience resolving "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account"?

I keep receiving "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account" when trying to activate my Xfinity Peacock streaming service. Does anyone have recommendations for how to resolve this? Thank you!

user_rhe34b Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can help you gain access to your Peacock account and start enjoying your favorite shows and movies :). You will run into that error message when you're using an Email that wasn't originally used to activate your Peacock account. Have you tried other Email addresses that you may have used?
You can also use this link to find the Email address associated with your Peacock account if you remember the last 4 digits of the card you had on file.

Thank you for your help!

I'm using the only email I have.

I tried the amount finder link and it says it can't find an account with that information.

Any additional advice?

Thank you!

@user_rhe34b Send us a direct message with your full name and the service address. We will take a deeper look into the Peacock issue and escalate it if needed.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
