Divorce - Both under same log in acct.
So I got divorced and opened a new account at my new house for Xfinity and it automatically went under the same log-in as my ex. Is there a way to fix this or do I have to start all over??

Hi, @Mst113! Thanks for meeting us here in our community. Sorry to hear about the trouble with the Xfinity ID. Your Xfinity ID is guided by your email and phone number. You would have to unlink the old account from your Xfinity ID. Also, we recommend changing the password if needed. You can use Link/Unlink Accounts to help you unlink the old account from your Xfinity ID. If the old account is still open, and you are still listed as Primary, we ask for you to pass the Primary user status to the new Primary of that account. You would do this before unlinking your account. Let us know if you have any questions.
