Disney+ and Hulu Activation Button Missing and status is blank

Hello, I'm having trouble with activating my Disney/Hulu bundle.  I see no status, nor an activation button.  I have already chatted multiple times and nobody has been able to figure out what is wrong.  Please help.

user_7vngt4 thanks for your post. We'll do all we can to help. Have you tried multiple devices, browsers, and clearing cache, cookies, and history?
