Disconnected from Xfinity
When I log on to the app, a message pops up and says im disconnected and no longer with xfinity.. why is that? I signed up for xfinity a week ago and I need to be able to set up my intrrnet tomorrow. I never cancelled service so I dont understand why this happened. Any help would be appreciated getting my account to active.
