I would like to figure out how to cancel the tv portion of my service. I would like to keep the internet portion as it is. I can’t seem to be able to do that through my account management.

Depending on your plan and with our new next generation speeds that were launched on June 26 you most likely won't have the option to make the change online to keep your same speed package. But I'll be happy to assist you to get you the services you love and need at the best rate.  Go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name to get started

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

Be advised that sending an unrequested direct message to the support team is a violation of their forum guidelines. It may get ignored.

Please see this post about direct messaging the support team;
