Diamond rewards Peacock offer not showing up

I am new to the platinum rewards level, and when I look at my rewards offers page, the Peacock streaming reward is not available. I was formerly a Gig internet customer and had access that way, so I think there is something that will need to be reset to make the offer appear for me.

Maffoo Hello there! Thank you for bringing your rewards concerns to our Xfinity Forums for assistance. I'm happy to help you get this figured out today. You mentioned that you were formally a Gig customer, but you are also a Platinum rewards member. Did you activate your Peacock subscription prior to this last attempt? If you did, you should still have access. Please let me know if you are running into any issues with logging in.

@Maffoo Thank you for working with me so we can get a ticket in about your rewards membership and for also allowing me to upgrade your services and lower your monthly rate! I will be following up with the ticket we submitted.
